Great food and service. We were in a hurry and informed our server. We had a relaxed 3 course meal in 50 minutes. As an appetizer we had the most delicious codfish croquettes we have ever eaten. As main courses we ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and fresh grilled cod fish with steamed vegetables. The cod fish was cooked... More

It is incredible that we had to wait more than 1:20hrs for a mofongo, and the server just apologized and said "I apologize, I had to apologize to all of the tables" I am a Puertorrican and work in the service industry and I have to admit that the service here in this island sucks!!!!!!! Food is not good, don't... More

Went with some outside of town visitors for lunch. When we arrived there was no greeter, although the restaurant was relative empty it took some time to get us seated. The food was not more than OK nothing we ordered really stood out. Overall not the best lunch experience. I am not considering it as an option for another business... More

Positive: -Went to Caramelo with an out-of-date coupon but the discount was fully honored by the manager; thus, good customer service; -Bold latin flavors -Really Nice Atmosphere Negative: -Sushi Bar. If the main theme of the restaurant is Latin-Fusion,Why the Asian-Japanese sub-theme? It's confusing for the customer.

Our apetizzer "Croquetas de Mamposteao".I had the breaded grouper with congri rice and ripe plaintain. My husband ate churrasco with congri rice and fried plantain. The portions were huge. The dessert, vanilla flan.... More

Food was good but we had to wait around 40 minutes just to take our order. Finally when he took it started making excuses as to why he took long. I don't think I'm coming back..

We arrived late in the afternoon. We were greeted by a prompt and efficient valet parking attendant. Once inside, our waiter was Diana, who was a very happy and efficient. The food is local type. We ordered to start the tuna tapas which were very good. I orderd ropa vieja con mofongo. and my wife ordered the breaded chicken cutlet.... More

Excelent for that business lunch or end-of-the-day drink with some appetizers. Parking is valet-only whic I don't love as I preffer to avoid the hassle because their parking is around the corner and up the building (same building as the restaurant but makes up for longer waits). The food is really respectable and it is in a very good location/neighborhood.
