I am a very frequent visitor to Mankin-Gyouza in these 20 years

Good taste and reasonable volume. I eat gyouza(fried dumpling meat) and Bang Bang Chicken Salad usually. Sometimes taking out freezed gyouza for our home cooking. 20年以上通っています。 お店で食べるときは焼き餃子+バンバンジーサラダ。時々冷凍の生餃子を買っていき自宅でやります。 包装紙に書いてある料理手順をきっちり守って料理します。

I was stationed at Camp Zama as an Air Force member and lived in Sagamihara housing area. I ate at Makin's as much as humanly possible. Nothing anywhere else comes close

I lived in this area for a number of years, and never grew tired of eating at Mankin Gyoza. I haven't returned to Japan for longer than I'd like to admit, and I still crave the food. The food is flavorful and the service is excellent.

Love this place. Parking on the side. You can call in for take-out or dine-in and enjoy the place. It's a simple menu and the sauces are excellent -- and critical -- for the gyoza!

They're still the best, after 36 years ago when my sister discovered Mankin Gyoza. It was unique shape Gyoza and Gyoza was so delicious. Restaurant has been in the same location and same interior design since my family walked in Mankin for the first time. Chef and staff have changed except for Mankin Gyoza. I still love Mankin Gyoza very... More

Just a short walk from Odakyu-Sagamihara, this spot has earned high marks from my family and friends, alike! The menu is simple and short (they have enough English on the menu to make ordering easy for foreigners) but the flavors packed in every dish are awesome. The presentation is pretty good for a small restaurant like this and every dish... More

The gyoza served here are called "white gyoza"--it has a thicker skin and the fried gyoza are crispy on the outside and so tender on the inside. They also do gyoza in soup and steamed shrimp gyoza, but the fried ones are the reason people keep going back. Another reviewer wasn't kidding about one shot to order: I'm not sure... More

These gyoza are biscuit like and are flavored heavily with garlic. Very addicting! Once you go, you will become a repeat customer! You only get to order once, so make sure to order enough. They are really hot when you get them so what I usually do is poke a hole in each to let the steam out. The first... More
