The chips could have been better, however the desserts Caramel apple pie and sticky toffee pudding had both been slightly overheated in the microwave.

Welcomed by John in a very pleasant manner and quickly escorted to a table for 2. Quick order for drinks and special evening menu supplied on request (should have been on table). Once order placed it took a reasonable time to arrive. Gammon was fatty & gristly but tasty and tender in the main. Chips were in the main only... More

The food is reasonable in quality and price with some nice dishes. It can be a bit fussy with presentation though. Separate bowls full of curry and rice are unnecessary when one larger bowl or a plate would work better.

We stayed here Friday 15/5/15, our room was clean and airy, not overbearingly hot like some I've stayed in, staff were very helpful, we went to the Trafford centre for some dinner and shopping, my partner unknowingly lost some cards and his driving license, somebody knocked on our door to tell us where they were and we could collect them... I love this place. The staff always come to take orders, refresh drinks and bring the bill at the right time. It keeps things moving, when I'm out with kids I hate waiting whilst they get restless. The menu is also great. Accommodating fussy eaters is routine and adapting dishes shows they are made fresh. Nothing seems too much trouble.

Went here recently for a family meal. We had not book , and it was a very busy Saturday night but this was no problem and the manager bill sat us within 5 mins. The whole evening was great , food just want we wanted and the service also good . Will defiantly be going back .

I visited here whilst stopping with the hotel. I was on business so I had a meal allowance which I was told to speak to the bar staff about. The one bar man didn't know what I meant but another guy took over, showed me to a seat and was very pleasant. A guy called Shaun served me, he was... More

Visited following an awesome afternoon at airkix Manchester along with two friends. Our waitress was very polite, efficient and friendly. The service from the kitchen was slow. Choice from the menu was average. Typical chain really. When the mains came they were lukewarm, clearly been stood for sometime I had cod chips and mushy peas (my mushy peas were skinned).... More

I had been here in the past with family and noticed almost immediately the disappointing change. The staff were lazy and led by poor management which left us waiting far too long for our meals when we were one of the only people in the restaurant. Wouldn't come here again and wouldn't recommend unless you have plenty of time to... More
