Went today for Sunday Lunch, NEVER AGAIN; We have been many times on a Sunday and have always enjoyed it....NOT Today. The food was awful. I had a Beef(Never seen beef..it was soya) Lasagne....It was a cheap frozen one that had been re heated very badly....cold in the middle. They nearly missed with the cheese on the top. The chips... Went today with mum and sister. Have been before for Sunday lunch and it was great. Today it was chips with everything as they had no mashed potato (go figure).3 main courses ordered ( chicken and leek pie, ham, egg and chips and paprika chicken).... not one of them was finished. The quality of the food was awful and actually... More

We became a fan of the chain when we visited Harrogate last year and had a really good couple of nights- the Trafford one had a lot to live up to! We booked to stay in the premier inn next door so we could eat here before going to the cinema at the Trafford centre. The film was booked for... More

We visited here on a Saturday evening as we were staying in the hotel next door. We turned up around 8pm and had to wait around 20 mins for a table. We had drinks in the bar until the table was ready. We then chose from the menu and found the food to be enjoyable. We both enjoyed our main... More

We ate here yesterday. Starters ok. Highlight pate. Nachos were pretty nasty and cheap tasting. Fish in fish in Chips didn't looks hand battered to me and the mushy peas were straight out of a tin. Macaroni cheese looked microwaved. Mixed grill was the best main course in our party of 6. Most of the menu consists of fried or... More

We visited here yesterday. 3 adults and a toddler. Chose to sit outside as the weather was lovely and last time we went there the tables inside were sticky. We chose our food went to the bar and the one girl behind the bar walked off and started to clear a table of glasses knowing we were waiting g to... More

Like any other chain its varied menu, pub grub that is ideal if the food court in TC too busy. Been handful of times, prompt service and whilst kitchen staff alway polite those behind the bar are average and seem to lack social skills... But then thats what I expect. Would go again, but not for a special occasion!!

2nd visit to this pub restaurant. Good service although did have to chase up the wine order. Salmon dish was very nice and the mixed grill looked excellent. 16 ounce T-Bone was a little 'tough' and the lamb shank portion was very small. Vegetables freshly cooked alongside nice home cooked chips; garlic potatoes very nice. Prices are comparable with similar... More

Group of 16, despite us having booked and the restaurant being very quiet they wanted us to eat at the bar on four different tables. They eventually sat us in the restaurant on two different tables. 2 meals were not brought out as the waiter 'forgot' to write them down. One meal was brought that we hadn't even ordered and... More
