TYPICAL LOCAL FOOD DECENT QUALITY AND REASONABLE PRICE

It is a nice "old"location, the service is efficient and waiters are polite and pleasent. The food is the typical local "Tuscan" . The soups are very good. We eat the grilled mixed meat. They have a preatty full cellar.

This very quaint trattoria still ran by a husband and wife serves the most delicious traditional Northern Tuscan dishes at a very reasonable price. I was there for a work trip in a group of 10 and we ate everything from local lardo to handmade maccheroncini pasta and roasted pork and beef. Dessert was delicious and the cantina with its... More

This is a very poular restaurant and you need to book in good time. Having visited over many years it never disappoints. The lamb chops are yummy with a side order of roast potatoes. The meats and potatoes are grilled over an open fire in the centre of the restaurant. Wines are good and varied. Staff friendly. All in all... More

You get what you pay for. This 60 year old institution is very well priced (hard to spend more than €60 for two all in), but don't get too excited as the food is average at best. But it's a buzzy, friendly place and worth including on your list.

We sat inside which had a good atmosphere, several rooms, some outside, all surrounded by bottles of wine. It's a typical looking Tuscan Trat. The menu is not too big, and seems to specialise in Big bits of meat...Steak Florentina etc There is a mixed antipasti, which looked ok, the pasta we all wanted was finished [truffle] other pasta was not... My Mother loves Pietrasanta and may love Da Beppino even more. My wife and I were able to take her on this trip for her 80th birthday. This was my 3rd time in the last 10 years eating there and the food was as good, if not better than it was my last visit 6 years ago. They just serve... More

I have been to the restaurant twice and the food is really good. My husband like the wine card... However, the choise it is not so big and it is only regional food. Good Farro soup and great meat. If you are from Toscany, and your mother is good in cooking, you will not find any difference.

Da Beppino is a classic. I have seen 3 generations at work and the restaurant has kept its genuine caracter. It has only expanded over the years, but the home made pasta, the roasts and the excellent wines combined with the staff with a passion for their work is all worth the recurring trips. Don't let the quantity of tourist... More

I normally don't rate 5/5 as I think that sometimes over-enthusiasm can blind our judgment, but this restaurant really blew myself and my boyfriend away. We had some hard time finding it, it's in the middle of nowhere, in the hills. The place itself is cozy, with brick walls. Simple yet elegant. Inspired the warmth of a mountain chalet. We... More
