The first time we ate here this restaurant wowed us with excellent food & super value for money. Our expectations were therefore high & although we had a pleasant evening the food was rather disappointing. Almost all the dishes on the tasting menu contained tomato, and although we do like tomato the balance was not good. The pasta was disappointing... More

Upon entering the restaurant you will be impressed by its appearance and its furnishing, elegant and discreet. The dining room is small, then fit for the restaurant, because the staff isn't large: in particular, I believe that there is only one chef on duty. This involves a certain slowness in the service. The food is prepared with care and is... More

This is an exquisite restaurant. The food and ambience are excellent. The wild pork dish melted in the mouth. My wife rated the 3 chocolate desert the best she has ever tasted. Highly recommended

We really loved our dinner here. The restaurant itself is small with just few tables so on weekends be sure to have a reservation. On summer you may seat on the outside. The food was great, tasted good and was not boring at all. This is moder tuscan cuisine at his best. The wine list was not very extended but... More

The location is off the beaten path. The decor is white table cloth and warm, the service is courteous and excellent. Having said this, the food is equal to that of all of Tuscany and perhaps Italy! We enjoyed the beef tartar, as well as the gnocchi and roasted pork and the deserts, which were very light and airy. The... More

Good sign, restaurant full of Italians. Range of food, specials, presentation top class. Scallops on pea puree to die for. Open ravioli with porcini in Taleggio sauce, followed by Veal on potatoe puree outstanding

It seems that Pietrasanta's restaurants cannot escape the temptation of maximizing their revenues at the expense of the customer. Here is another case where what would be good and inventive food results in a ruined evening because of the inability of the kitchen to deliver to the number of patrons they accept. After we complained that waiting 2 (two) hours... More

Dear "housocards pietrasanta" dont' worry I don't forget you and your family. Sorry for my english but it's not my first language. Just to explain you and other customers that you don't wait 2 hours to have your main course. Your order was taken at 20:58, you had 3 first courses one different from the other and 3 second courses... More

I had booked this restaurant in advance for my partner's birthday and Thank Heavens. Many many nights we seemed to go to restaurants in this tourist area where staff showed no regard for the fact that their customers were trying to enjoy a nice romantic break and service was far from good. This restaurant was different from the moment we... More

Great foie gras, gamba, fresh fish and other fine dishes for very good prices in this interesting village where contemporary is mixed with medieval art
