We hadn't been to Benton's in a while but it didn't disappoint. The wait was relatively short -- in spite of the fact that they were dealing with several cars worth of a traveling youth hockey team. Service was speedy, with coffee offered before we even had our coats off. The food, as always, was top-notch breakfast fare. The homemade... More

No frills, paper cups and plates but hands down the best breakfast in the area. You will not leave hungry or dissatisfied. Everything from the pancakes to the omelettes to the coffee is just delicious! Reasonable prices in a classic NH setting .... a do not miss in my eyes!

Want a true NH experience. High quality food with neighborhood prices! Don't expect fancy silverware or seating. But if you want plenty of good food in a NH setting for a reasonable price. this is the place to be

Took my parents to breakfast who were here from Florida. My father wanted to go to a different restaurant, but my family who are locals said, "no, we have a better place". Well, first, they messed up our order, which we were understanding of, but then as we took the last bite of our meal, Mr. Benton, the patriarch of the... More

This place is a destination. It's worth a drive, but beware, it will be crowded. Our group of 8 had a fantastic breakfast experience. Pancakes, omelette, French toast, ... All superb! I had a sausage and chees omelet that was the best that I've ever had. Take the time to drive to this place. Wait as long as you must.... More

Benton's Sugar Shack offers the most incredible breakfasts. The menu offers a wide variety and everything is always fresh and delicious. Better bring your appetite - the portions are HUGE! Excellent food and reasonable prices. The only drawback is that they are only open weekends. Get there early or you will have a wait - but the wait is well... More

My main goal was to experience the sweet nectar from Sugar Shack, so Blueberry pancakes were the vehicle of choice... AWESOME they were! Meals come with the BEST home-fried potatoes, and another side, I just had to try the maple baked beans, they were the best I've ever had. We were a party of 5 and had about 40 min.... More

How many times can you say you've had leftovers when out for breakfast! This place had very friendly attentative staff & fast service! The food is served on paper plates with plastic utensils, but the plates are overflowing with delicious food! I would get here early though as it is a small place and fills up pretty quickly! They open... More
