Delicious homemade bread

Tasty food, and although it takes a while to arrive, it's delicious. The owner and his wife are very friendly and accommodate your requests if they can. I would definitely recommend to try their freshly homemade bread.

we had an early dinner there and it was delicious. Everything is homemade and very tasty. We had a pumpkin soup with amazing bread and some spaghetti. The couple who own the place are very friendly. It is the perfect place to stop before or after crossing the border with Laos.

We had dinner there one night because it looked like fun when we walked by in the afternoon and one of the owners encouraged us to come back. It turned out to be the most interesting night of our 3 week trip in Thailand/Laos because the family that run the place are amazing. The place was full of people of... More

This little restaurant serves the best mexican food I've had in South East Asia so far! Very relaxed atmosphere and pleasant service. The prices are way higher than for local food, but that's down to the ingredients which are not available in the region.

Every morning my first desire is to have some coffee, that's 'real' coffee, not instant or something from a filter machine which has likely been on the hotplate for far too long. When i asked the Landlady of my guesthouse she directed me to the Bamboo. What a little gem !! I cannot pass comment on the Mexican food as... More

This restaurant was recommanded to us by our motorbike rental. We ride from chiang rai to chiang khong and did not regret it. The food was amazing, the owners very nice, the music very good (for once:-) as the owner is a guitar player with good taste. Wifi very fast. We liked it so much that we returned to have... More

The Mexican food here was excellent and tasted so good. We ordered casadilla (made special with corn tortilla) and the pepper casadilla, and both came out in generous portions including corn on the Cobb. The food was great, but even better was the owner breaking out his guitar mid meal. We were the only people there as it was later,... More

I called in by chance one morning for a coffee, and was astounded by how good it was. The owner explained that he didn't buy the normal blends, but made his own from top quality beans. He followed up this explanation by presenting me with a free sample of his home-made bread. Also delicious. So I later went back for... More
