FRankly I had no interest in Mexican food in a small town in Thailand. We ended up here ( there are no accidents), because the recommended restaurant would not/ could not seat us? I ordered mine without cheese. The owner told me I'd never order pizza without cheese. I shared with me that I do a simply pizza with tomato... More

I was not expecting to find a restaurant serving Mexican food in Chiang Kong. Tried some Mexican dishes for dinner and the food was great and very fresh ! Went straight back for breakfast the next morning and loved the chicken sandwich. This place is runned by a family, the food is prepared with love and the owners are really... More

The best thing about this place is the fact that all the food is freshly made and very delicious... The owner is really helpful and friendly and will suggest what goes well with the food "you must add a little pepper" as he says. Don't miss it!!!

We had a fantastic dinner with live music, cocktails from the bar accross the street and a very nice evening with a hostile family. Definitely a must if you stay in Chiang Khong.

My husband and I popped into the bamboo Mexican house for dinner this evening and had a fantastic meal. We ordered nachos, cheese quesadilla and a borrito and all three dishes were delicious. The tomato salsa is particularly good. It is good value for money and there is a nice atmosphere with background music. The owners are also both lovely... More

This place was an unexpected delight for its fusion of Mexican and Indian cuisine! The owner also plays guitar and sings reggae and rock music! What a blessing!

Worth a stop off in Chiang Khong just for this little gem! Amazing home made bread and coffee. Restaurant owners very friendly and helpful, even opened early so we could have breakfast and bring a packed lunch of delicious sandwiches for our Mekong trek to Laos! If had the time, would have stayed to try their Mexican dinner menu- don't... More

Stayed in Chiang Khong for a night before crossing the border to Laos, we called in here for lunch and the owner offered us a taste of his homemade brown bread. It was so good we ordered sandwiches and came back the next morning for breakfast and got some cheese sandwiches to take away for the slow boat. The owners... More
