Papaya Rocks!

As you've probably read in the reviews, the food was very good and plentiful. Do try the Coconut Mahi Mahi for dinner. Pretty impressive, but not cheap.. Dinner for 2 will set you back $35-40US or so... Breakfast (my favorite meal of the day) was incredible. I always pass on the furnished... read more

I had breakfast at the Papaya for three days recently and found it to be very pleasant. The coffee was very good and the service friendly and welcoming. I recommend it without reservation.

The setting is very nice, the food is great. The menu looked very promising (dishes start from 3000 for sandwiches to tuna ahi for 11000 Colon). I'd wished I could have come here a 2nd time.

We enjoyed the atmosphere, service and for the most part our meals. I had tuna which was excellent. My partner had the lobster which was on special and she thought it was over-cooked and a small portion. We'll go back and try it again. People in the area like it.

I had seared tuna with a wasabi sauce on the side. Truly delicious. Setting is in a hotel perched on the second level overlooking the pool.

The food at Papaya Restaurant is delicious and healthy. You can see them cooking the meal for you. The service is friendly and they greet you with a smile. It's inside a small hotel with a pool so you can stay the night if you like. They also have acoustic live music on Tuesdays that makes it for a great... More

Stayed at the hotel for two nights and ate here for breakfast and dinner. Usually I try not to eat in hotels, however this is not be missed! The food is fresh, tasty, made from quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The menu showcases local food and has a number of well thought out options that make it hard to choose... More

We stayed in Playa Conchal/Brasilito for 6 days and went to all the top spots - this was by far our favorite, we went back 2 nights in a row. The food was incredibly fresh and the ingredients were well thought out. If you are staying in this area, you must visit Papaya.

This restaurat at the Conchal Hotel is so much more than one would expect! We ended up trying this our first night staying at the hotel, after a long day horsback riding. We had every intention of making it a one time thing, and exploring the rest of the area for our other meals during our 3 days in Brasilito.... More

We were staying at Conchal Hotel for the week, so were ate here frequently. I so look forward to staying here because I know the food is going to be GOOD! The staff, the service, the FOOD, is all exceptional. Love the setting of the open air restaurant looking down at the rooms, pool and vegetation that is lit up... More
