Drinks appeared very expensive. Large house wine & black coffee £7.95. Ladies toilets were grubby. No toilet paper & one of 2 cubicles out of order. Didn't eat any food as seemed expensive. I guess you pay for the location - by car park by Portreath beach.

Although the fish and chips were ok the waiting for the food and the random way it was distributed seemed very unprofessional too much of a mêlée.

We had a delicious meal here on our last night of our holiday, with fresh ingredients, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. We popped in for coffee earlier in the day to book our table for the evening and find out what the specials of the day were. The chef came out of the kitchen to let us know what he... More

The food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant was really good. We've never been here before, but will certainly come back again. Even simple fish and chips were cooked to a really good standard, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Great tea and coffee. Welcoming staff. Clean establishment. An oasis after a long walk along the coastal path.

Great range of food and drinks. The cooked breakfasts are really well cooked with good quality produce. Nice clean surfer type place with good service and a nice range of daily specials. From Moroccan spicy chicken wraps to crayfish and prawn sandwiches, all nicely presented and very tasty. Good value!!!

We popped in here for a bite to eat and there was plenty of choice. A lot of it looked homemade and very tasty. We just had a small bite but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The prices are very reasonable, the café itself it nice & clean & tidy, the walls are covered in photo's and paintings that you can... More

The fish and chips were better than we got at Rick Stein's place. That, plus a fine pint and the sunset over the sea and cliffs, what more could you want?
