At the resort we were staying in, we were recommended by vacationers to grab a bite at a 'Puerto Rico type Deli' called Rico Pan! On our way to El Yunque we stopped by to have some breakfast: ham and eggs, 2 glazed donuts, 2 coffees and 2 Rico Pan specials (to go), all for under $20. The sandwiches was... More

This place became my daily drive in the morning to get breakfast and coffee. I don't like paying resort prices and I enjoy local culture and supporting local businesses whenever possible. This place was always hopping in the morning and the food is why. One pan de agua sandwich with ham, egg and cheese is enough for two. The coffee... More

When we first arrived there were a few girls that kept laughing at us behind the counter. Yes we are tourist but we are also paying customers and their livelihood. We ordered 6 different sandwiches. They were all delicious. The #1 and #2, chicken, and media noche. All delicious. The young man that delivered our food and the man that... More

I went here for breakfast several times. They make delicious sandwiches and breakfast combo. It is not a fancy place but the food is good and the price is right. It takes a while to get your order but I notice that was in most places I went to in P.R.

Rico Pan serves amazing breakfast! We came here everyday before we start our activity. If you have a sweet tooth, visit them and check out their variety of home made bread, cakes and donuts. Their bread pudding is divine and their flan is rich. My husband tried the tres leches and they were delicious too. For every visit we made... More

To start off, we've been here 5 times in 7 days so far... We still have a couple days to go and will be back again. Although the first thing you notice is all the wonderful pastries, don't overlook their sandwich menu. Breakfast any time you want it. Delectable, well stacked multi-meat sandwiches. Try the Tripelata! Try the Rico Pan.... More

We came on the recommendations of other reviewers and were very pleased with the quality of the food. Very good and large Cuban and Media Noche sandwiches. We could have split one between the two of us but really wanted to try both. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great option for take out or a quick lunch.

This place makes some of the best sandwiches I have had in 29 years of travelling to Puerto Rico. And the price is right too. The cuban sandwich I had is, by far, the best I 've ever had. Those in our group that had the media noches said the same thing. The sandwiches are big, so unless you are... More
