Warning, if you'd like to be in and out within 2 hours, forget it. We ordered two appetizers and two drinks, and an hour and fifteen minutes later, still no food. I finally asked the bartender if she had any clue when our food would be finished (shrimp cocktail and a salad!), and she finally went to the back, returning... More

Ate at the Rum House one evening when Barbakoa across the road was closed. It was midweek so we were basically the only people there. Very casual with an outdoor bar and dining area. Not a whole lot to look at besides the parking lot but the rain forest is beyond that so it wasn’t unpleasant. The service was prompt.... More

Mofongo was great and spicy cherries in our drinks were a fun surprise. Good music and friendly server and fellow patrons. Outside dining near El Yunque.

The rum punch was awesome! The staff was friendly. My kids loved the burgers. The prices were inline with other restaurants.

After you visit El Yunque stop in here for a rum punch or a mojito. It's a roadside bar so don't expect to be greeted by the Maître d'. The pour is generous so check your balance often.

The place looks nice from afar but once you are inside it looks kind of strange. There was a stray dog waking around the place and it made me sad, because it enhanced the seediness of this place. The music was loud and the selection was terrible. With so many nice puerto rican artists and bands like Cultura profética, I... More

The Rum House provided a very relaxing environment while I was able to dine on great local Cuisine. I give them A++ for a nice oasis feel in the El Yunque area. The music entertainment was lively and people danced with me regardless of the fact that I just met them 10 minutes ago!!! LOVELY RELAXED ENVIRONMENT!!!!
