Stayed at the Rio Mar for 5 days so we certainly ate at Marbella on numerous occasions. We had daily buffet breakfast. Its just your typical breakfast set-up at a resort including fresh fruits, breakfast meats, breads, pastries and omelette station. The omelette station had a long wait so be sure to order first before grabbing anything else. Ate dinner... More

For the resort price, I would have expected better taste. The chicken in mofongo was pretty dry. The menu has few options and practically no vegetarian choice. The service was good though and waiter did make a substitution do accommodate our request.

We had a great experience in Marbella. The breakfast buffet with omelets, fresh fruit, pastries and some local food was yummy. Sipping delicious coffee, sitting on patio and overlooking the ocean and well manicured garden was perfect for morning relaxation. The dinner was also very good. We ordered mofongo with beef and pasta with shrimp. Thank you Juan D for... More

1st Friday of the month they have a dinner buffet at 7:00 with Spanish dancers and singer at 8:00. The food was excellent! Different kinds of salads, fruit, meats, seafood and desserts. I thought $35.00 per person was a little steep. You would think it would include a soft drink but it doesn't. The entertainment was a little dull.

We are breakfast here twice during our stay and everything was really good. The fruit was fresh and delicious with fresh hot coffee. We decided against the buffet as 25 bucks each was way more food than we could eat. She and I split an omelette and a fruit plate and that was a perfect breakfast. The hostess was polite... More

Ate and drank here numerous times recently. Must try the hamburger, it was great. Also suggest the local beer, Medalla. Great servers, bartenders a little on the cranky side.

I love the buffet in the mornings. We are not big eaters but loved the coffee. Loved our waiters! Went on Friday night for the entertainment and were not disappointed. Wish there had been more nights just like that!!!

Food was great, servers were friendly, but during our stay we ate here twice & twice we didn't get our drinks until we were almost done with dinner. It wasn't even that busy. We had to ask twice for our drinks. Extremely frustrating for the price & they included gratuity in the check so not sure they cared.

We ordered a la carte. I had ordered a mediterranean frittata which was delicious. They made pancakes shaped like Mickey mouse for our kid.

Food is okay, but service is awful. The waiter excused his lack of attention by pointing to another larger party at a back table, as if we cared about that.
