Nice view and good food

After a long day at Yunque we went to Richies. Live music, lovely view, great service. Is a bit expensive but food was reasonable. Rice with chicken and pineapple was something new for us since we are from Europe. Presentation was perfect, sangria jar was big. Service was good!!

My wife and I decided to go to Richies for our 19th anniversary. This place has a spectacular view from the deck. If you go plan on going during the early evening hours 4-5pm. We were lucky in that we landed in a table with probably the best server in the establishment. Mark was very social, pleasant and accommodating moving... More

Loved the view. The service is slow but you are in the islands. So relax and enjoy the view. I had the grouper. It was very good. My husband had the mofongo with shrimp. My husband loves mofongo, but I find it bland. So be warned that mofongo is not for every one.

Within 1 mile of Wyndham Rio Mar resort, and looks over the resort to the ocean. Very helpful staff, pretty much a bar menu, but good seafood options and good drinks. I'd go again.

We used the free shuttle from Gran Melia to have dinner here our first night. We knew from the reviews that this wouldn't be the cheapest meal but it honestly was not that bad pricewise. This is what we got for our $87. We split a Ceaser salad for an appetizer, I got the Pineapple Rice Chicken, a sangria and... More

Richie is the owner, and he is extremely nice and welcoming. He personally picked my family and I up from our hotel! We were there during the Cotto vs Pacquiao fight and the crowd was so hyped. We ordered the lobster and it was by far the best lobster I've ever had, and trust me, I'm an all-around foodie! The... More

Conflicting emotions here; the view is spectacular!!, but the food is very average. Great place if your going to grab some drinks, but not worth it for dinner. I had stuffed grouper for $30. The fish itself was pretty good, nothing memorable though, and came with undressed iceberg lettuce and tomato, and a starch of your choice. Our server was... More

So we arrived to our hotel on a Friday and noticed there was not much to choose from for dining near the Wyndham Rio property. We had gone to the concierge and asked what restaurants they suggested off property and they only toon one menu out to show us and it was Richie's. They hyped it up. So we drove... More

We did not have a car but Richie's sent a driver to pick us up. When we got in the van there were 3 other couples. It was great to meet new people who happened to be from Massachusetts as well. The view is awesome, everyone is friendly, Richie himself goes around and speaks with patrons. I had a fresh... More

Ritchie's offers extremely friendly staff, and terrific atmosphere. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and attends to you diligently. The appetizers are very good, especially the BBQ wings, and the main dishes were quite tasty, especially the whole redfish and stuffed redfish. Grouper was less good. The view is fabulous. All in all,... More
