We went for the sunset experience and I would do it again. The food was ok(not super), but the view and the service was more than great. They had live music and a nice breeze. Regards RV

Richies has a great bar and deck that overlooks the Rio Mar resort. Great views of the ocean! Free shuttle service if you don't have a car or don't want to drive.
Loved this resaurant! The waiter was super friendly and the food was devine! The food is priced comparable to all the Puerto Rican restaurants we dined at. Overall great experience and the views are to die for! Must see!
This was one of the best restaurants we ate at in Puerto Rico. The food was delicious , well priced and NOTHING beats the view at this place. You will be very happy you went there trust me! What a nice experience.
We have traveled to Rio Grande several times and always eat at Richies. It is a very friendly atmosphere and we have always enjoyed out food. The Pineapple Rice with Chicken or Shrimp is my favorite. We also enjoyed the Churrasco. One in our group even said the hamburger was great! As far as appatizers go we tried the fried...

I have to rate this restaurant fairly high based off of two important points. The first being the view. It really is just gorgeous, and actually really does make up for a lot of other "so-so" things about the place. The other point is that, for the surrounding area, it actually isn't a bad place. That being said,I found the...

I guess they charge for the view because the food was not worth it. I feel sorry for tourist who would not know better for local cuisine please note this is definitly not the place to go.
Plates cost start around $16 and up. I have a toothache from one of the fried plantains (tostones) that was so hard. I...

Nice place a mile north of the resort. Funny the server was from Mass. Food is very good! It might seem to be the authentic local cuisine- BUT it's not. It's very good, though and priced fairly. Get there early (before 7pm) for a great table and bring a light sweater, it gets cool out on the outside dining.
We had shrimp pineapple rice and pork mofongo. Both were good, but not great. Drinks were very good. We had mojitos and margaritas. If you are looking for the best food, then you should go elsewhere. If you are looking for aplace to eat and drink where you can relax with friends and have an awesome view, then this the...

Although the atmosphere is great (million dollar view) the food is just so so and very overpriced. Had a glass of wine and made the one time mistake of not asking the price up front. First the bill reflected $16/glass. When we asked if it was a mistake they quickly took our bill away only to return it with a...
