We arrived in Grand Cayman on Sunday when lots of things--even the supermarket--were closed. Heritage Kitchen was open and very close to our condo on Boggy Sand Road. I'm so glad that we stopped there for lunch! I had the Sunday special BBQ chicken which was falling off the bone and covered in sweet Caribbean barbecue sauce. Sides of rice... More

I was looking for a fantastic find and hoping this would be it. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was not crowded. The food came out quickly and did not seem fresh. I was hoping it would have lived up to it's reputation but we were disappointed. Maybe we caught them on an off night. I thought it... More

On the board they had turtle, grouper, yahoo, snapper & mahi each prepared 3 or 4 different ways. Have a seat at one of the picnic tables under a small pavilion & dig in. The fish was... More

If you're in the Cayman Islands and looking for some authentic local fare, this is one of the places you should not skip. I read the reviews and decided to try this local restaurant. The food was great and the fish was fresh. I went with a recommendation, the Mahi Mahi Cayman style, which was excellent! The rest of my... More

Saw reviews on tripadvisor so thought we'd give it a try. Amazing. Had the grouper cayman style. Meals are either $16, $15 or $10. Amazing food great service even got free local mangos which were beautiful. Worth another trip before we head home

Ate at the Heritage Kitchen on a Sunday. They food was delicious and there was more than we could eat. My coconut mahi mahi was topped with sautéed onions and a sprinkling of coconut. On the plate was a salad, a seasoned rice, fry bread, and plantain for dessert. My daughter had the mahi mahi cayman style. It was covered... More
