A bit stiff for us, and the food was solid but nothing that blew us away. Perhaps an off night, but we didn't get the "we've got to get back here ASAP" vibe we've had at places like Gary Danko, Acquerello, etc. More comparable to Fifth Floor, I'd say. more

We went for the 9 course dinner ($150) plus 9 wine pairings ($99) so basically $250 per person. We had read it was hit or miss, so we were ready to either be pleasantly surprised or totally disappointed. The positives first: very quaint and quiet restaurant. First I find it interesting to note that the price range on Tripadvisor is in the $40-$80 dollar range. That's not the Masa's I went too. With 9pm reservation we were sitted at a nice corner table in the back. The wait staff was friendly and not pushy at all. The head waiter greeted us and had a few recommendation... more
