Adjacent to Downtown and the Harbor, our community was VOTED #1 Neighborhood in Sarasota by THE BEST OF SARASOTA MAGAZINE! We enjoy walking with our 2 little dogs to the outdoor cafes, Farmer's Market and Bay Front Park at the Harbor/Marina. We hope you will too!
