Carolyn Snyder

The owners are Carolyn Snyder and Martha Ashelman, old friends and two old school teachers and political buddies, who sell real estate, and who at one time worked in Coolfont a Internationally acclaimed resort community, formally owned by Martha. Martha lives a couple of streets from the cottage, serves on the Coolfont Board and is available for assistance. Carolyn lives in nearby Martinsburg and has her own real estate company Snyder, Bailey & Associates and can also be reached for any assistance. The cottage is comfortable and in good condition: new floors, new heating and central air, new wood stove. It is in a secure, pretty and peaceful setting.close to town, where there is good dining, health spas, art galleries, antique shops, and a great park in the center of town.
