We do wish you had mentioned you were unhappy with your room at the time as we could easily have arranged a room move to more suitable accommodation. Your colleague was accommodated without any fuss in a Superior 1 Bedroom apartment as per your booking.com reservation which including FREE breakfast, FREE Wi Fi, FREE movie Channel and FREE welcome drink card. Regarding our FREE internet, your advise on checkout was absolutely correct. We have recently upgraded our system to provide FAST and STRONG internet coverage through out the property AT NO CHARGE. Our guest feedback shows a 98.7% positive response regarding speed and signal strength which we think is pretty good. We'd like it to be 100% and we're sorry you were unable to connect, if you have bought it to our attention earlier we may have been able to fix the issue??
