The management a..."ccepted there was a general apathy about the staff and have already taken steps to pull things back into line. the location is great, the food is good, a bit more variety would have helped. the hotel is having some refurbishment so will i am sure be back to the normal high standards and pretty quickly from what i can gather after discussions with the management.
