The hotel is nocely situated , close to the river and about 20 min walk to Ut Kirov the pedestrianised center of the city. We stayed in three rooms : the first on the 5th floor was ok, twin beds oddly situated in a t-for..."mation, but a decent room with Aircon and a balcony. The second was a double suite-like room on the 15th, quite old and brown and with no air-condition, the third the best by far a nice double room with aircon, a sitting room and a kitchenette. That was on floor 10 and would be my recommendation. Rooms that face the river are nice but beware! the riverside is a popular spot and there are some kareoke and party boats that can be noisy. That said, they seem to stop prompt at midnight so... The hotel restaurant, both in the bar/terrace area and the gardens are is good, the food excellent and the service good (can be slow at peak time).
