I was afraid that the air would not work fro reading all the reviews. I stayed in Unit 2903 and my air was fine. As a matter of fact, we were freezing at night. Just remember, keep the spare key in the slot by the door at all times and your will not have any problems. This room is showing a little wear and can use some small new touches but all in all I was happy with it. Shirlaine did a great job cleaning our room and was pleased!   "Just returned from 6 day stay at this resort and was pleasantly surprised after seeing many of the negative reviews. The hotel is beautiful, large well landscaped grounds. Pool is amazing. We spent most of our time at the Coral Beach just next to the adult pool where the snorkeling was great and ..."it was quiet and not too crowded. We asked for a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor and were given a room in 38 on 2nd floor which has great view of the ocean. Room was fantastic, large and clean. Close enough to the main lobby where the restaurants and pools are located but not so close as to catch too much noise. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Be sure and bring lots of $1 for tipping. One of my favorite drinks was provided by the gardeners who will cut down a fresh coconut for you for a small tip, cut off the top and give to you with a straw. Drink out about half of the yummy coconut water and then ask the bar to fill it up with coconut rum. Very tasty! Food was very good, ... " More >
