  "Didn't really know what to expect as first stay here and booked on spec through looking on internet. The whole place exceeded our expectations, we thought everything about it was lovely. Very well organised and carefully thought through large site with something for everyone - we visited as a fami..."ly of 2 adults and 6 year old son. We stayed in one of the self-catering cottages (Knapp) which was a delight - great shower, warm, fab kitchen, the wifi works, really well equipped throughout, very comfortable, spacious and just a very nice cottage to stay in. In fact, with 2 bathrooms and a TV in the 2nd bedroom, it was a treat. We were here 3 nights, we were upgraded from Stables cottage to Knapp on arrival because the people in Stables (which is a bit smaller I think) had opted to stay longer. The site overall has self-catering cottages, B&B in the farmhouse, caravan and campsite plus some sleeping huts which looked ok (we are not into camping). There is a football pitch, tennis...   "Went here as a result of an entry in the GM Ball book "Forty Classic Cotswold Pubs" and weren't disappointed. We arrived at 1.30 and it was quiet but the food and the ambience were great. Friendly, helpful staff and a really nice time. Would go again."
