  "We stayed one night at the Chuangfu Hotel whilst in transit to south western Hunan Province. It was apparent that Hengyang attracts very few foreigners and so we were something of a novelty at the Chuangfu Hotel. Having said that the staff were very friendly & helpful despite our lack of Chinese. Th..."e staff at reception spoke enough English to be of assistance. Our room was large & clean and the beds were quite soft which is not always the case in Chinese hotels. The room was inexpensive & breakfast was included free of charge.   "This hotel is classified #2 out of all hotels in Hengyang. The lobby is quite big and the people are very welcoming and helpful. I don't understand how could a Chinese guest say it is a 4 stars "auberge de jeunesse"! I suppose he never was in an "auberge de jeunesse" nor in an Int'l Youth Hostel ! H..."e should have been in a very bad mood that day ! And the service is faultless ! Very well situated. And opposite there is a nice park where people play "mahjong" or cards and where one can walk leisurely. I appreciated it a lot. " More >
