It's perfect if you have kids, she absolutely loved the play area, splash zone, amusement arcades and swimming pool, which had some great toddler slides/areas. I was happy with our accommodation as we had booked..." one of the newer units (a 'Gower'), and it was clean and comfortable. My in laws however, got landed with an older unit which, although clean, was very tired and tatty and not very comfortable at all. So, top tip - go for a newer unit! Park's location is great, short walk to beach and not too long a walk into Porthcawl. The on-site restaurant, Coast, was very nice, similar to Wetherspoons prices/menu and we found the staff very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like... the soft play area seems to be about the only thing which isn't included in your 'entertainment pass' for free, which was a shame.   "I've just returned from a week at Trecco Bay holiday park, and overall it was a lovely, relaxing family holiday. Our caravan was located right next to the back gate of the park which lead straight to the sandy beach (which is dog friendly) and very pleasant. The park in general had a good vibe and t..."here were many families enjoying the amenities all day, however the larger arcade only opened until around 7pm and after that you had to go to a different one located almost next door but not as big or as good! There was one main restaurant on the park and although there were many different options of food it was quite expensive, the cheapest burger being around £10! There was also an American-style food diner on site which looked nice however I never tried it or saw the menu so cannot comment.
