The hotel met our expectations in every way , especially in the area of ​​service provided by hotel employees. We've booked half board, double room, at promo price of cc 65eur per day which was more than fair. Breakfast is a modest if you expect something more than salads, jams, scrambled or boiled eggs. Dinner offers a lot more with typical Greek salads, spreads, specialties. The rooms are comfortable, clean, with decent equipment in the bathroom and more than confortable terraces overlooking the azure blue sea. The bathroom is not at the level of 5-star hotels, but good service makes up for these minor flaws. Spa is modest, a Finnish sauna and a hammam, and costs 10 euros per person per hour.   "We just returned from Alia Palace where we stayed 5 lovely days. The hotel is probably, a 4 stars hotel (not a 5 star hotel) if you are comparing with EU standards. The hotel is up on a hill, with an amazing view at the Cassandra Gulf. In fact the hotel has a main building - where you can find rest..."aurant, bar, terrace and pool - and several villas - with ground and 2 floors. The room was large, with one queen-size bed and one single bed; with a balcony overlooking to Cassandra Gulf. Bathroom large, but not for a 5 stars hotel. The food was good: salads, feta cheese, dips, yogurt and traditional Greek dishes, fish and seafood, different kinds of meat (pork and beef). All the staff, without exception, were lovely and very friendly, receptionist was very kind and with very useful informations. What I didn't like? Cleaning team and time when they do it.
