This is a couples place, yes it is on a cliff side but there are some lifts and lots of stairs to enable you to get about . There are buggies you can request and a mini bus which runs in the day to skala and poros , but having said that you do need a car the island is stunning ,caves ,under water lake, fishing villages ,agostoli the capital . There are some negative reviews that i and my wife Gail just cannot understand , maybe we are odd but trust us this is a very very nice place to be , relax ,chill and unwind . last thing go all inclusive it will benifit you in the long run.   "This was my second visit to N.M. but returned with my partner and friends as I wanted them to experience how good the hotel was, the resort of Skala and the island of Kefalonia. We all had a fantastic holiday and I won't reiterate everything I wrote in my previous review except to say the hotel is ..."still superb, clean, friendly and we met people whom were there when I was visiting last year so they have returning vistors all the time.
