  "This place is nothing short of amazing!! We stayed for 7 days with our two young children and were very reluctant to leave. The family room accommodation was spacious, well appointed with AC, fridge, TV and DVD player and beautifully decorated. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and being a family of first time travelers, we were very grateful for the help we got with our travel plans. We did the Bike and Boat tour as a family, what a brilliant experience!! Marty our guide was not only enthusiastic and fun, but extremely knowledgeable. My husband did the 7.5km cave tour and it remains the highlight of his trip to Vietnam. My girls and I did the National Park tour another amazing adventure with Marty. She seems to live in the reception, everything is done in an instant and she has an unusually good local knowledge. Her English is also very good. Don't rent a cheaper motorcycle, the going rate in this town is high, 150,000vnd seems to be the norm, this hotel will give you proper backup and a newer bike.
