  "For the past 23 years my parents have had a timeshare at Clwyd 2 we have always had a wonderful time up at pantglas even the times over the past 20 years myself , husband and son have been going there myself and my husband even had our honeymoon there , we have never had anything to complain about..." anything at any time, but recently on the 14th of April this year , i am sorry to say i had a few complaints and it upset me knowing i had to write them ..... First of all , the state of the coal for the fire was cheap and nasty and i know from past experience we have had better the menu for the resturant was very poor this year , i understand it is not the staff's fault in any way but as i said earlier i we have known better and to have that choice menu i was very dissapointed also the bill for the meals were all cocked up , charging us for meals we never had and then under charging us for the meals we did have,at the end of the evening we wrote the bill out ourselves ...   "I booked Pantglas using my Club La Costa points (440) which as all CLC members will know, is very low especially during half term so it was with a fair bit of trepidation we went to this resort. Upon arrival, the reception was dated and tired looking and we expected the worst. However, the warm welc..."ome we received from the Receptionist was appreciated and gave us a hopeful start to our holiday. We had a 2 bedroom lodge which sleeps 6. A double bed room with ensuite shower room and twin beds with family bathroom. The lounge sofa could be used as a bed also. We paid £35 for electricity for the week. The lodge was extremely comfortable and we were really pleasantly surprised. It was extremely spacious with a large kitchen, dining table and lounge area. We also had a large flat screen TV and DVD player. So many heaters meant we were so cosy all the time. We also had a wood burner with coal and logs provided which lasted all week (a fire lit daily) which added to the ambience of the lodg... " More >
