  "Back again and not disappointed!!!"
  "This is our 4th visit to Penang and our 2nd time staying at the Parkroyal – we went last year and just returned in May from a 10 night stay. We love this place. Yes, the hotel is a bit tired and worn in some parts but I believe they are slowly but surely trying to update things. These things take ..."time. We did notice a few changes since our visit last year. For instance they have completely upgraded the pool lounges and there is a new waterside addition too. The main reason though why we stay at this hotel is the fantastic Kids Club. As soon as we walked in again 12 months later, allllll the ladies remembered our daughter and were genuinely happy and excited that we also brought a new addition, our 6 month old son. My daughter was also so happy to be back at Koconut’s again as she is so well looked after and the ladies take such good care of her.   "Went for a burger, stayed a week..."
  "We popped into the Cafe for a burger as we were stuck for something for lunch, great burger by the way. We thought we'd go and see how twee the hotel was while we were there, we're not typical Hard Rock types. On seeing the amazing pool area, slides, sprays and fountains we just had to stay as..." we knew our 4yr old would love it. Sure enough, my daughter loved it. She loved it and pretty much had to be dragged fro the pool each day! The kids club, lil rock, was great too, at no extra charge, you could leave your little one as short or as long as you liked and they were kept nicely entertained. The staff all 'rocked', really happy and friendly making a point to learn you name and say hello. We're well past the age we thought was Hard Rockable but had a fabulous week and would look to other Hard Rocks now for a visit. " More >
