It was a little difficult to find at first, but there are signs when you start to get close. Side note: driving on Mallorca was not intimidating like driving on mainland Spain. Most of the awesome beaches on the East side of the island take around 30-45 minutes to get to from the Finca. The finca was renovated in 2011 and is now run by a few young friends (I'd say in their 30s). They were all very friendly and helpful.
