Privately owned by sisters Silvia and Elena since reopening in 1996, with a well trained and dedicated staff, with attention to detail and exceptional customer care are the secrets behind its success. Progressively the restaurant La Terrazza has developed to provide an excellent dining experience. When travelling in Veneto Albergo al Sole is certainly worth a detour, although have said that Asolo is a must, unspoilt albeit a bit busy at times, but with so much history, and close to some very interesting places.   "We stayed here over Easter and although it rained much of our time, we had a wonderful visit. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made arrangements for us to tour a few Prosecco makers. A GPS is a *must* for finding them but it was a beautiful drive through the countryside. The room..."s in the hotel were very comfortable and well-kept. Lots of storage in the Superior Double Room with view. The colours in the room could use some updating (they scream the 90s) but really, no complaints. The restaurant was excellent quality and we had their Easter brunch special which was well worth it. First time was several year ago, just after they opened the hotel and we were there most recently 2 weeks ago. The hotel is a beautiful site with all the charm and character of Asolo, it is..." one of those places you don’t expect to find. The room and everything in the hotel is cared to the detail. We enjoyed lunch and dinner at their lovely restaurant and it was always a delightful surprise. The personal al the hotel is always helpful. Another plus….you can easily get to Venice.
