  "I stayed at the hotel for two nights with students from Miami who were visiting Boston. Because of traffic, I arrived late at the hotel. I was greeted warmly at the reception by Mike who was assisting several clients, juggling with several tasks at the same time. I missed the shuttle and was going ..."to be late for the meeting with the students at the airport. I explained the situation to Mike who offered call me a cab. In order to make it on time, Assistant GM - Ludwing Ardon - offered to give me a ride to the airport. He drove me to the airport personally in 15 minutes (I was able to get there before the students arrived at the baggage claim). It would have been an embarrassment to get there after their arrival. All of my students were accommodated properly. Breakfast was provided on a timely manner at the indicated area. Everybody assisted us with a smile and made us feel welcome!
