We booked a double queen and judging by the room alone I would have rated it 3 stars because we were placed in a corner unit so we could hear the freeway noise. There were also stains on the furniture and carpet so the cleanliness level was below my expectations. However, their continental breakfast bumped my review to 5 stars. They had a wide variety of fresh fruits, juices and pastries. The hot food items were also very good (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, waffles).   "The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of Mill Valley and although the rooms were a good size and comfortable they didn't feel particularly luxurious which is what we would have expected given the price. "
