Everyone was very friendly and gave us professional response to all our questions concerning tourist attractions, knowledge about the country etc. The rooms with bathrooms were very clean ..."and very comfortable.   "I made an emergency visit to Costa Rica to visit a hospitalized family member and was lucky enough to find a room available at the Legacy despite an incoming group visit. The team was most understanding and accommodating, the room perfect and the facilities were spotless. The IT infrastructure made ..."it possible to keep in touch with the extended family and the office as one would only expect in higher end hotels. The AC and Cable TV, backed by a solar system made the stay just about as perfect as one could hope. The legacy definitely lives up to its Boutique billing in ways that showed even when one was not on visit for a vacation.   "I greatly enjoyed my one-night stay at Legacy Boutique Hotel. The owner and team members were all very kind and accommodating. The room was beautiful: very clean and bright, with a large window looking out over the hotel's lovely flower garden. The bed was perfect, very comfortable. The previous nig..."ht, I had stayed at another hotel in the area where I spent a terrible night fighting off mosquitoes in a sweltering room. The difference between that experience and Legacy was like night and day (no mosquitoes and excellent air conditioning at Legacy!), but the price was the same -- very reasonable. I had to leave Legacy very early in the morning before the hotel served its breakfast (which I hear is wonderful), but the owner was up even before I was and had prepared a "breakfast bag" for my drive. Excellent service! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the San Carlos region. " More >
