  "My wife and i stayed here for 4 nights. The location is very central and only a few minutes from the airport. The property is very nice with a large pool area and right on the water. Front desk staff were very through. The concierge service was very helpful. We had a wonderful stay."

  "Lots of dinner options within walking distance (almost a dozen!), great swimming/ tanning beach with drink/ food service, one of the best paddle board beaches, (so so for snorkelling but there a many snorkelling beaches to drive to: ke'e or tunnels or Poipu), rooms are very comfortable, pool is best..." and biggest on this island, small slide area for young kids, a few hot tubs, great activities and golf and shopping within walking distance. We have now stayed at this marriott three times and have explored the other comparable options and this is hands down best bang for your buck and definitely the best food options. Because there is a free shuttle to and from the airport you don't need to rent a car. We always rent a car for at least a few days so we can explore the many many beautiful beaches all over the island, we still haven't seen them all! It offers comfortable beds, coffee, tea, a refrigerator without a bunch of junk in it; and even a small microwave. The bath was small but plenty of hot water. The grounds are nicely landscaped; and there is even a small pond with coy and in back an artifical [man-made] waterfall. Original paintings are throughout – in the lobby, in each room and even the the doors. The location is very convenient – across the street from a shopping plaza [ABC store, restaurants, etc ; as well as a park and the city bus stop.
