  "Let me start by saying I was suppose to be here from Monday to Friday to attend training classes that started on Tuesday, my flight was late leaving Quebec city there forth missing my connection in Newark. I called This hotel to advise I my flight was late and that I would be arriving early Tuesday ..."morning , when I got here Tuesday they had a breakfast lunch bag ready for us and also had a drive for us waiting to bring us to our training classes talk about great customer service. Barb the house cleaning manager was very helpful she took care of everything for us. Breakfast is available every morning and is very good, they also offer free dinner , burgers, taco's salad, fruit and all the helpings. Let me tell you a little more about Barb, she help find a car rental location this morning going out of her way with her own cell phone even called one of her good friend's to drive me to the rental place, you don't get that service everywhere!!!   "All the rooms at the Staybridge Suites are suites. The rooms are very nice with a full refrigerator and kitchen. The breakfast in the morning is excellent with staff working very hard. The only issue I had with the hotel was we asked to change bed styles. They were happy to do it but never men..."tioned that it would come at a different cost when we were checking in. We found out as we were leaving that there would be a higher rate. We would have said no to the upgrade if we knew the cost was higher. Also it would be nice if they extended the happy hour gatherings outside of Tuesday-Thursday. We check in on Thursday and missed all of them. " More >
