This person bent over backwards to get me pillows, and extra blankets, despite the fifty other people he had to help. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. I left the following day to conduct buisness, and returned to find my bed had not been made. When I asked the clerk about this, I discovered my neglected bed was due to my personal items laying on it. Apparently, their housekeeping staff is not allowed to touch or move personal belongings. He was then more than happy to go up to my room and make my bed despite how buisy he was.   "We were in Menomonie to pick up our grandson at Stout University. We selected to stay overnight at Country Inn & Suites. We have previously stayed in a Country Inn & Suites in one other location. It was a good choice. We stayed in room 312 - the top floor. It was very clean, new carpet, nice dr..."apes, flat screen TV. The air conditioner was working well as it was 90 out that day and our room was comfortable even with the afternoon sun coming through the window. It was not a loud air conditioner which I liked - some are so noisy you can't sleep. The breakfast was good - juice, coffee, cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, make your own breakfast burrittos, waffles etc. Everyone who worked there was pleasant. Our room was very quiet. " More >
