As I mentioned, the cabins are very small. Perfect for a couple and very cozy. The two cabins we have stayed in had two full size beds, a ceiling fan, a small bathroom (Dogwood splits the shower and the toilet/sink into two rooms), a small functional kitchen with table, a tv, couch/chairs (Birch was a pull-out couch and had a fireplace), and a private deck. We were very happy to find a restaurant right on site after a long day of driving. We ate dinner at ..."the on-site restaurant (Blue Heron) both nights. The food was very good and the wait staff and hostesses very friendly. The location was excellent for our purposes, because it was very convenient to town while also being on a lake. Happy to see that the prices for rooms there, right out of the chute, are already discounted, and also are not laden with those "hidden junk fees" you get at the "shoe-box inn chain properties". These days its hard to find a good 'Mom and Pop' style of hotel or inn that shows true pride and character of ownership as this riverside gem portrays. Quiet and peaceful place to spend the night.
