Restaurant next door where the food is good and the portions are too large to eat. We turned on the fireplace because it was late Spring and still chilly. One of the best parts was the open glass door to the deck and view of the mountains, and Columbia River. It was a clear night, the full moon rose up from the mountain and was a spectacular site.   "We headed over to Eastern Washington for the Memorial Day weekend and decided to stay at the Lakeshore Inn as a result of the positive Trip Advisor reviews. The reviews were right and the stay was great. The property is very good and the service was very good as well. We had hoped to find a place..." with a pool, but being right on the river was the next best thing (and it was too cool to enjoy a pool anyway. A pool would be a nice addition - but this was a very positive experience. " More >

  "Not cheap in the summer time, but just over 100 bucks for a large room right on the water not only beats the competition down the street, but also puts you in the same beautiful place, where you can launch your boat, go wakeboarding or fishing, and otherwise enjoy being out of the hustle and bustle ..."of Chelan. All while enjoying the best of what North Central Washington has to offer. The rooms are not new, but have received some upgrades and include microwave oven, in-room coffee, and a fridge. Also, they are large and have a view you'll want to come back for. There are picnic tables and grills for guests to enjoy right at the edge of the river, and also a dock to tie up your boat in between activities. We didn't use the pool, but noticed other guests enjoying it. We have enjoyed staying at this hotel off and on since 1995, so let that speak for itself. You have to look a little harder for this hotel as you come up the highway and into Pateros. It's not the big three-story one righ... " More >
