The pool may be a little more inviting if it was heated but overall we all loved our stay. We met and made friends with lots of lovely people and are already planning a stay here next year..   "Just returned from a 3 night break at this hotel and the service was excellent. Small friendly hotel. Staff were very accomodating and friendly. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. On reporting that our shower was not working, this was fixed within half an hour. Food was very good with a wide choi..."ce to suit everyone.   "We stayed at the Vell Mari between 11th and 18th May 2013. Check in was quick and simple. Room more than big enough, we where in block 4, 1st floor looking onto the park and back of the kids club huts. 3 adults and 2 kids, aged 8 and 5. Fridge rattled which could be a nightmare if you are a light s..."leeper. We had to sleep in a double bed, in the kitchenette area, mum in the pull out bed in the lounge and kids and single bed each in the bedroom. Bathroom was nice and big, Rooms cleaned daily. We where some of the first English to arrive in the 2013 season, so it was very quite and got busier as the week went on. As you can only book via Thomas cook from the uk, there is a lot of other's there from around the world ,just as many Germans as English. Pool was great, plenty of sunbeds, however that may not be the case as the season goes on! Food was good, but as all the other all inclusive holidays, gets a bit repetitive towards the end.
