Rockville is a small quiet community with no stores or restaurants. This really doesn't matter as Springdale which is located near the park entrance has plenty to offer. The real benefit is that one doesn't have crowds of tourists walking up and down the street in front of you. I stayed in one of the two rooms located in the main house. My particular room had a small fridge, counter top and a kitchen sink which was very convenient. It was nicely furnished and extremely clean.
