As examples at one dinner at Shutters hot food was left on a serving table and so was only warm when received: at Breezes one lunchtime I ordered a sandwich which came complete with french fries but on receipt there were no french fries, the excuse was that despite the menu they did not now serve french fries with this sandwich after further questioning they admitted that the gas cylinder had run out so there was no hot food. they did reduce the price.
