  "I returned home a few days ago after another stay at Quality Inn and have to say that it just keeps getting better. Owing to a problem with the aircraft coming in to Lubbock late I had called the hotel to advise of an early morning arrival. The pleasant young man that checked me in at 2-30 am told..." me that I was expectede and could I use a coffee after the travelling, he also handed me 2 packs of toothpaste and a new brush saying that as my bags were missing he thought that I might need them, next I was handed a paper bag containg 2 bottles of water, some chocolate, crackers and cheese, again the young man thought that owing to the long journey, maybe I could use the refreshment to take to my room. I have never experienced this at any other hotel where I have stayed, the following morning was time to meet up with the day staff that I remembered from my previous visit including a number of the housekeeping staff that also recognised me.   "Was surprised by how nice and clean this hotel was, way better than any other hotels we've stayed at in Lubbock. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. There was a naked guy getting arrested right outside front entrance late Friday night but don't think that happens very often :)"

Upon my last stay, items of concern were addressed, as I could see some change needed in the property or some things were beginning to 'show'. Management addressed the same needs and they were concentrating on them. However, nothing severe, but small items may become big ones. Overall I will say or rate this location 'good' as the stay was good for the value. It's placed off the side of 2 highways, which makes it great to jump on to go where needed easily. " More >
