The sites aren't too close together, which was nice. The bathhouse is interesting, as it's more like someone..."'s house, since this was a former Texas ranch house that had been renovated as a KOA. So, there are only two bathrooms in the women's restroom and it's a bathroom / shower combo without single stalls. But, it has a certain charm to it (unless both of the bathrooms are occupied!). They also had a cozy little clubhouse with a TV which is open until 10pm. The laundry room was very clean and is open 24/7, which is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay, but since it is far from Austin (although we were told that it is very close to an Austin metro stop), I couldn't give it 5 stars, but I can't give it 3 b/c the staff were so nice.
