On asking whether it would be possible to stay for two extra days we were told that the site did not offer this. I find this a strange way to run a business - it seems to be turning away money on what would be empty accommodation and also turning away what we would spend at the club. Most other holiday sites offer guests the chance to extend their holiday in the off season - Haven actively advertise it through flyers left on your doorstep the day before you are due to check out. It just seems rather weird that the site is so happy to turn away business when it is so quiet. " More >
