I'm so used to poor communication I actually stopped at the front desk a couple times during shift changes to make sure they knew we had 'reserved' the breakfast room. That was not necessary. They were on top of it!!We had 29 people for pizza and the kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. Great temperature and very clean. Our room was gigantic! (rm 114) it had 2 small dorm refrigerators and a microwave + 2 tables and a big comfy living room chair. The heater seemed newer and very quiet as well. We stay in a LOT of hotels solely to use the pools with our children and I don't think we have ever stayed anywhere with a warmer pool...our kids who usually get too cold after a few minutes played for hours and couldn't wait to go back for more...they even provided life jack..."ets for safety! Everything is so clean and immaculately cared for...in the morning there are workers everywhere and EVERYONE was so friendly, accomidating, and happy to assist in any way possible. The breakfast area is so clean and the attendant is so hard working and helpful. The lobby is so inviting and our kids love that they had games and books available for guests to borrow at no charge. The beds and bedding were so comfy and soft and it is so convenient to have a microwave and fridge in the room as well.
