She told us that the place is family owned by Anna and her husband. Apparently, the same families have been returning year of year as they like the family atmosphere. It has one of the most beautiful views anywhere. The staff is friendly. It has a large, open deck right on the ocean--so people may walk by your window from time to time (one of the complaints I read was upset by this). There was a brief period last year when they were doing construction. It was not a big deal. The pictures on TripAdvisor are exactly accurate. If you are comfortable with the pictures, I would ignore the negative reviews. The rooms are actually a little nicer now.
