Boy, am I glad we had to look for other accomodations! I usually do not sleep well in hotels. The bed was the most comfortable bed away from home that ..."I have ever slept in. I am usually awake by 5 am in a hotel, but I slept almost until the alarm went off. My only complaint is that the fitted sheet did not fit the bed. It was not deep enough for the mattress. I ended up sleeping on top of the duvet and using my own blanket. " More >

  "I had a billing dispute with my credit card company about them taking off my $50 deposit after check out(nothing to do with Red Roof Inns fault). Called and Front desk representative Madonna, pulled up a 2 month old receipt, wrote my info to the credit card co and the Red Roof number they could call..." to verify the receipt. Faxed it and emailed me a copy. She was nice, fast, and effective. I haven't been able to resolve an issue like this without having to jump through a ton of hoops, call transfers, and automated customer service. Thanks Madonna for taking all that time to help me out with my person matters, in both a personal, and professional manner. Red Roof Inn has certainly stepped up their game as a hotel, and I would choose the Monroeville, Pa Red Roof Inn over a Holliday inn or Marriott type overly expensive hotel. " More >
