Katherine, the owner, is a charming lady, clearly under pressure, but anxious to ensure that her customers are comfortable. My room had a queen size bed and shower. No real complaints about anything there, but it w..."as in need of some redecoration and sprucing up. Breakfasts were good and generous, everything freshly cooked. I found the Thai restaurant, which served lunch and dinner, disappointing. The dishes I had (3) were rather overendowed with partly cooked vegetables. I am no expert on Thai cuisine, but this did not appeal to me. On balance, I would recomend this guest house to anyone visiting the Blue Mountains and is not seeking state of the art, characterless modern chain hotels. I left far more relaxed than I arrived.
